Partial planning and coordination

The partial wedding planning package can be customizable depending on your needs. This is ideal for clients who want to play a part in the process of planning their wedding and already have the bigger vendors booked such as venue and caterer, but need a little help with the final bookings and details.

Service starts immediately upon signing the service agreement with booking your remaining vendors, assisting with design, coordinating with vendors, managing your budget, timeline and floorplan creation, and more.

Wedding Management

You have done all the planning work, but as the big day approaches you need someone to pass all the details to, so you can step back and enjoy every moment!

Service starts one month prior to event date and includes connecting and coordinating with all the vendors to ensure your timeline moves smoothly throughout the event day; finalizing the floorplan and guest attendance; rehearsal assistance; point of contact on day-of; assistance with setup of favors, guest book, cake table, etc.
